01. What can I do after signing up?

You can connect to ThinkFree Online on your Windows Mobile phone, and then download and view pictures, documents, or other files stored in ThinkFree Webhard. You can also send them to others.

02. What is ThinkFree Online and what kinds of advantages does it offer?

ThinkFree Online provides an online service that allows users to prepare, save and edit office format documents on the web.
The users of Android-based smartphone, Windows Mobile, and iPhone can install the ThinkFree application on their device and then access to My Office of ThinkFree Online where they can store and manage documents and files.

03. Can I recover data that has been deleted by mistake?

You can recover data deleted by mistake from the trash folder.
However, if you have emptied the trash folder, you cannot recover your data.

04. Can I edit and save downloaded documents on a smartphone?

When you click the downloaded document on your smartphone, it connects to the Office Mobile program that is installed as default on your smartphone. You can then either edit or save the file.

05. I am currently using ThinkFree Online with my Google account. Can I use ThinkFree Online on my smartphone as well?

Those who have a Google account can sign in and use ThinkFree Online by clicking ‘Sign in with Google account’ instead of signing up for ThinkFree Online.
However, you need to sign up for ThinkFree Online if you want to use the ThinkFree Windows Mobile service.

To have a ThinkFree account, follow the procedure below:
1. Go to ThinkFree Online (www.thinkfree.com)
2. Sign in using your Google account
3. Click Settings and then click ‘Move to a ThinkFree account’ on the left pane or go to m.thinkfree.com using your mobile browser and then click ‘Move to a ThinkFree’
4. Create your password, then click Submit.

06. Where can I download ThinkFree Windows Mobile?

You can download ThinkFree Windows Mobile from ThinkFree Online.

On the Service Information page of ThinkFree Online, click the ThinkFree Windows Mobile menu on the left pane, then click the Free Download button to download it.
